Extension of due dates of various forms under Income Tax Act based on press release dated 29/08/2021. All updates made easy!! All about press release dated 29/08/2021.

Hello everyone!! Welcome back to our blog. The Central Board of  Direct Taxes on August 29, extended the due dates for electronic filing of various forms under income tax act, 1961, after taxpayers and other stakeholders raised complaints about facing difficulties in electronic filing. However the extension is only with respect to Various forms filing not for Income Tax return filing . Due date for filing Income Tax return filing as of now is still 30/09/2021 .   Here is the simplified way which everybody can get along with all the extensions released yesterday 01. Due dates extended to 30/11/2021 Quarterly statement in form 15CC  (statement to be filed by every authorized dealer making payment to non resident or foreign company )  for quarter ended on June 30 2021. Intimation by sovereign wealth fund in Form II SWF for quarter ended on June 30 2021. Uploading declarations in Form  15G/15H( Self declaration forms that an individual submits to the bank requesting not to deduct TDS on in

At the time of filing your income tax return, you must fill in some mandatory details If you fail to do so your return will be defective, notice could be sent. The due date for filing of IT Return for FY ( 2020-21) as of now is Sep 30, 2021.
